Swedish Massage
Enjoy a customized full-body Swedish massage! Swedish massage is the ultimate relaxation massage that uses long strokes and other techniques with light-to-firm pressure to provide a perfect therapeutic experience. (Not a deep pressure service)
Please Note: Ideal session lengths are 60 min, 75 min, and 90 min. Shorter session times should focus on one or two muscle groups only. Styles, techniques, and pressure levels will vary from therapist to therapist. If you want deep pressure, please book a “Deep Tissue Massage”.
Craniosacral Massage
Do you need a highly skilled Craniosacral Massage in Nashville, TN? Craniosacral Massage (also known as Craniosacral Therapy or Cranial Sacral Therapy) is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column, and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas, which alleviates stress and pain.
Craniosacral Massage seeks to restore the natural position of the bones and can decrease stress from chronic injuries as well as provide relief from migraine headaches, neck and back pain, temporomandibular joint disorder (the inflammation of the joint that connects the lower jaw to the skull) and more.
Your Therapist may also incorporate regular massage therapy in a Craniosacral Massage session if needed.
Deep Tissue Massage
Do you need a highly skilled Deep Tissue Massage in Nashville, TN? Deep tissue massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or “knots” (also known as “adhesions.”)

Prenatal Massage
Do you need a highly skilled Prenatal Massage in Nashville, TN? Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches, and edema (or swelling).
Note: We do not offer longer sessions than 60 minutes for Prenatal Massage.
Thai Massage
Do you need a highly skilled Thai Massage in Nashville, TN? Thai Massage uses no oils or lotions. Traditional Thai is on the floor using a Thai mat instead of a massage table. (Note: Some of our therapists may use mats on the floor or a massage table.) The recipient remains clothed during treatment. There is constant body contact between the giver and receiver, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched, and rocked. The client is advised to wear comfy, loose-fitting, or active wear clothes and not to eat at least 30 minutes before the session. One client described their Thai session as “Like doing Yoga but with assistance.” We couldn’t have said it better!

Reiki
Do you need a highly skilled Reiki Massage in Nashville, TN? Reiki (“RAY-kee”) is a Japanese word meaning “spiritually guided life force energy.”It is an energetic healing technique that can be used alone or in conjunction with any form of medical or therapeutic treatment. Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the client by means of touch to activate the natural healing processes of the client’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being. You may ask your therapist about incorporating massage into your reiki session.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Do you need a highly skilled Lymphatic Drainage Massage in Nashville, TN? Lymphatic drainage massage is a therapeutic massage treatment. The massage uses very light pressure and long, gentle, rhythmic strokes to increase the flow of lymph and reduce toxins in your body. It transports nutrients and oxygen to cells, collecting toxins on the way and flushing them out through the lymph nodes.
Mobile Massage
Do you need a highly skilled Mobile Massage in Nashville, TN? Mobile massage is where a Licensed Massage Therapist brings everything they need to perform a professional massage at your location. They will bring a massage table, massage products, and massage linen for the table. You may pick any massage (Swedish, Deep tissue, prenatal, etc.) at this price. You can let us know if you like light, medium/firm, or deep pressure and what areas need the most focus when your therapist arrives.

Business Corporate Massage
Does your business need a highly skilled Massage Therapist? We offer special discounts to local businesses that are doing “staff appreciation day or week” and want to pay for employees to receive massage therapy at work. This could be 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes of massage per employee using a massage chair or massage table. We will customize the experience for the business with rates that are affordable. We bring everything there is to make the experience relaxing and serene. Your staff will feel very appreciated after we get done, and massage therapy has been proven to increase productivity at work! Prices are $105 per hour per therapist. Here are some possible ways you can utilize an hour or multiple hours:
Option 1: We can see 6 staff members per hour for 10-minute chair massages.
Option 2: We can see 4 staff members per hour for 15-minute chair massages. (Most Popular)
Option 3: We can see 2 staff members per hour for 30-minute chair or table massages.
Option 4: We can see 1 staff member for an exclusive 1 hour customized massage on a luxury massage table.

Our Membership Program
Join our membership program and make a self-care commitment to yourself.
Here’s how it works:
Once a month, you are charged $75. That comes with a TRUE 60-minute massage you can use at your convenience. We do TRUE 60-minute & 90-minute massages. If you do not make it in one month, your monthly massage will roll over to the next month, with two massages in your account to use. You can share your massages on file with anyone. They never expire, even if you cancel your membership. No long-term contract. You may cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.
We have over 35 Licensed Massage Therapists and are confident we have someone for you. Anytime you schedule, you will always get the member rate for your service. We make massage available in hopes you will make it regular.
